The crust-crested fruit of infinite spleens

The sickly sluicing of cicatrix waves
Horizons bemired in overripe gleam
Its carpet of roaches, all hissing in pain
The fate of all scars, their last reckoning

Far from that unutterable shore
Where the rinds of restoration plunge to new depths
In ooze-choked fathoms compressed by dried gore
Where trapped clumps of hair take the texture of pitch
This sub-sanguine cistern
Hides vile creatures no sane god would admit
Blind gristle engines fester
Carving blistered black paths through the abyss

They gorge in nightmare orgies
Dread lords of their purgatory

Your feeble mind screams as that crimson surge moans
Fresh in memory, or was it merely a dream?
Its stench real enough to kill, dead as a stone
What you have beheld will never let you be
